Abstract
Individuals with Down syndrome may experience a decline in skills for many reasons. A thorough evaluation is indicated to identify potential causes and optimize treatment. In this webinar, Brian Chicoine, MD, will discuss possible causes for decline in skills, including Down syndrome regression disorder, Alzheimer’s disease, and others. He will also describe potential treatments and strategies that can be used when supporting an individual with Down syndrome who is experiencing a decline in skills.
