Description

Dr. Turrell came from Denver to serve as the Director of Psychiatric Services (Medical Director) from 1958-1963. He was also the Chairman of the Department of Psychiatry at the Marquette Medical School (now the Medical College of Wisconsin). He was trained in psychoanalysis in the Freudian tradition. He left the hospital to go into private practice.
