Leadership Role
Service as an elected Internal Medicine resident representative on the Advocate Health Resident Council, a health-system body representing graduate medical trainees and advocating to leadership on training quality, resident well-being, and the trainee experience. Elected by Internal Medicine co-residents in July 2024; elected Resident Council Junior Chair in October 2025; and elected Senior Chair for the 2026–2027 term in June 2026. Responsibilities include attending monthly council meetings, carrying resident feedback and concerns to health-system leadership, and communicating council initiatives back to the Aurora Internal Medicine Residency Program.
